PARTICIPATION

With the Fract Referral Partner program, you can get paid commissions of up to 25% for finding new Fract customers. The Referral Partner program is great for individuals, companies, or organizations, including:

  • Customers who love Fract and want to tell their friends and associates about it
  • Membership based associations (like IFA, AFA etc.) whose members would benefit from Fract features
  • Software resellers and sales agents
  • Consultants, thought leaders, and others who often have people coming to them for advice regarding tools to run their business better
  • Anyone else who'd like to spread the word about Fract and get rewarded for their efforts

To join the Referral Partner program, please fill in your details here. Our team will get in touch and learn a bit more about your business, as well as answer any questions you have about the partner program.

Once you become a Referral Partner, you'll be given your own special referral link that will be connected to your account. You can put it on your website, include it in your email signatures, newsletters etc. Any time someone signs up to Fract trial using this link, we can pay you when they convert to a paid plan.

LEAD QUALIFICATION

The Lead sent by a Referral Partner is qualified and accepted if:
(a) Customer has not previously purchased services from Fract, or
(b) it is a new business account (excluding upgrades from previous purchased Services) from an existing Fract customer.

Fract will review each Lead to determine if the Lead is qualified for registration as a New Customer or New Opportunity with an existing customer. Fract may in its sole discretion, elect not to qualify a Lead as a New Customer or a new opportunity with an existing Customer. Examples when Fract may disqualify a Lead include, but are not limited to circumstances in which the Lead:
(i) is the subject of a then-active direct sales effort by Fract or another Fract Partner;
(ii) is the subject of a public request for proposal;
(iii) is not credit worthy;
(iv) is a self referral;
(v) is a customer with whom the Referral Partner has not established a sales relationship;
(vi) is a referral from a Fract Employee.

There is no limit on the number or frequency of Leads a Referral Partner may refer to Fract.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Referral Partners receive Referral Fee for each new Lead that performs actions below using their referral link:
a) signs up to a trial and then converts to any paid plan within three (3) months after the Lead’s registration date;
b) signs up to any paid plan skipping the trial offer.

We offer the Referral Fee to Referral Partners upon each paid invoice during 3 years of the customer you land at the following rates:

  • 20% for monthly plans subscription
  • 25% for annual plans for subscription
The Referral Fee will be paid to Referral Partner in US Dollars within thirty (30) calendar days following each Customer's paid invoice. Referral fees will be paid via PayPal, or other means mutually agreed by the parties.

TERMINATION

  1. Referral Partner can terminate Fract Referral Partner agreement any time by sending a written notice of the termination to info@fract.com
  2. Fract may modify or terminate its referral fee program at any time in its sole discretion by giving Referral Partner 30-day advance written notice of the termination or alteration of the program.

PROGRAM CHANGES

In the event of a modification of the Referral Partner program by Fract, Referral Fees for Leads will be paid according to the terms in effect as of the date of the Lead was registered for a period of 6 months afterwards. Following such 6-month period, Referral Fees will be paid according to the terms of the modified Referral Partner program.
